Erin is a senior Client Service & Administration Professional with almost 30 years’ experience across financial services, NFP’s, utilities, and hospitality industries. She has a reputation for developing strong relationships and delivering superior service to clients and stakeholders She brings to SHAC a mature outlook with an ability to handle difficult situations with creativity, patience and empathy, and a high level of analytical & research skills honed by implementation & study.
Erin is committed to providing great customer service as this is what she looks for as a consumer. She uses her broad administrative and coordination skills to assist in streamlining processes to ensure efficiency in support of the architectural and design teams.
Erin is a relationship builder: she says: 'I have always focused on creating good working relationships and have been fortunate that many of these relationships have remained as long-lasting friendships. My background has been service-focused, and I appreciate the opportunity to meet new people and be exposed to a wide range of people and their experiences'.
Coming into SHAC, Erin has raised how she “appreciates the collaborative and mature culture. The office has an overwhelming sense of calm and consideration in all that it does, at the same time it is buzzing with creativity and collaboration. I feel inspired watching the architectural and design teams create and deliver projects, from simple sketches and models to quality iconic constructions that will stand for generations to come."
When away from the office, enjoys hosting family & friends, gardening at home and a good family movie night.
